4. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If installation or delivery services have already commenced, refunds may not be possible. Any agreed refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
